The Golden Circle Private Tour
Everyone does the Golden Circle. It’s understandable, because on it are the three top places to visit in the southwest corner of Iceland. But let me take you there, because there is so much to learn and I have my secret spots that most people miss. It can get crowded in high season, so we start early and stay ahead of the big buses.
The day

Pick-up at your location, then straight to Þingvellir — a place of historic, geological and biological interest.
- 02
East across the highland edge with a short stop for homemade ice cream at a dairy farm.
- 03
Gullfoss, which many consider the most beautiful waterfall in Iceland. Lunch here.
- 04
Geysir. The old one has been quiet a long time, but Strokkur takes care of the action every ten minutes or so.
- 05
On the way home: the Secret Lagoon, the Friðheimar tomato greenhouse or Kerið crater — your choice.
